Meet James Fedie!
Business never takes a day off, so neither does James. Working hard to help business owners reach their goals is what he lives for. “Maybe it’s an old school train of thought but if you’re in business with somebody, you do a good job, and you do it the right ethical way. It’s about the long-term haul, not short-term.” 

James is a graduate from the University of Wisconsin Eau Claire and has lifelong roots in the in Chippewa Valley. Before his career at Eau Claire Realty, James spent over 8 years in the construction material distribution industry. “My success has always been the ability to analyze the people and process, use that knowledge objectively, and have the vision to guide it into positive results.“

James specializes in a wide variety of real estate from commercial real estate sales and leasing, land development, residential real estate sales, and multifamily rentals. Handling a wide variety of real estate transactions is a true benefit to investors and business owners as he can connect a variety of properties and people to each other.
