My family settled in Staunton, Virginia after traveling the globe as a military family upon my father’s retirement from the U.S. Marine Corps. After graduating high school, I spent the next 20 years serving in the U.S. Army. Along the way during military foreign language training in San Francisco CA, I met my future wife Rhonda, a U. S. Army Reservist from Eau Claire. Soon after, Rhonda introduced me to Wisconsin and Eau Claire in particular. I fell in love with the area and knew then that we would come back permanently to make Eau Claire our home. In 2002 after retiring from the Army, we packed up and moved our three boys back to the Chippewa Valley. We purchased our first Eau Claire home in the historic downtown area, and shortly after that added our fourth son to the family. As an avid hunter and fisherman, I soon found myself researching and purchasing recreational property. Soon after I brought together my lifelong passion of helping others and my interest in real estate by starting my career as a Realtor in Eau Claire. It was during this time I was able to complete my Master’s in Business Administration.
After a wonderful eight years living and working in Eau Claire, as fate would have it, our family would temporarily move away after Rhonda received new military orders in support of ongoing military operations. Fast forward to 2021, and our return to Eau Claire. Taking up where I left off, I am proud and excited to be a part of the Eau Claire Realty team!
