Hi! I’m Payton Decker – a REALTOR® who brings fresh energy and genuine care to the Chippewa Valley. Originally from Milwaukee, I fell in love with the Eau Claire area while studying at The University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire and never looked back. With a degree in Strategic Communications and Advertising, I combine my marketing background with a real passion for helping people find their perfect home.
Since joining Eau Claire Realty in July 2025, I’ve been wearing multiple hats: REALTOR®, office manager, social media manager, and marketing coordinator all rolled into one. Whether I’m keeping the office running smoothly, supporting fellow agents, or crafting eye-catching listings, I bring creativity and organization to everything I do.
